J’espère que vous avez passé un merveilleux début de nouvel an et c'est pour ça que je vous présente un merveilleux restaurant: Le fou du roy à Durbuy. Pour ceux qui ne connaissent pas encore Durbuy, voici un lien sur la plus petite ville au monde:http://www.durbuy.be
Le fou du roy est un bistro-gastro avec une cuisine très raffinée.
Comme vous le voyez sur les photos le patron est un très grand collectionneur et c'est pour ça que ce n'est pas très étonnant que le restaurant ressemble à un lieu de brocante ou même un cabinet du curiosité.
Le chef Alain Cornet est aujourd'hui plus inventif que jamais; Le souci de la qualité est imparable pour un coût très raisonnable et des saveurs aux compositions originales et respectueuses de la tradition culinaire. A visiter pendant votre prochaine visite à Durbuy...

My husband would love this. He spent time studying at Le Cordon Bleu in London and we have often traveled great distances for a memorable meal - I will add this to our list! Happy new year, Jerome!
