Bonjour,
Sur la route de mon travail il y a un petit château a vendre et à l’abandon depuis un certain temps. Le château se trouve à Poix St. Hubert quelques villages plus loin ou j'habite. Quand je vois une si belle maison à l'abandon, ça me fait toujours mal au coeur.
Le château date du fin du XIXème siècle et il est dans un style français très éclectique. Heureusement il y a encore plein d'élément d’origine malgré les nombreux piages des cheminées et des boiseries.
Je ne sais rien sur l'historique de cette maison, mais une chose est sûr. Les bâtisseurs avait une préférence pour le faste.
Voici, l'entrée principale du château et comme vous voyez il y a encore beaucoup d'élément d’origine malgré l'état du bâtiment.
Une petit partie de la décoration du XIXème qui se montre dans un coin.
La cage d'escalier principale ou la rampe a disparu.
Un salon avec un faux plafond en toile de jouy.
Quelques détail des plafonds qui sont en général encore en bon état de conservation.
J’espère que cette maison trouvera un nouveau propriétaire avec beaucoup de passion et de bon goût.

RépondreSupprimerOh my goodness! Such a beauty and so abandoned! It is hard to believe that no one has bought it yet. Sometimes a property cannot be sold because there's a litigation amongst the heirs. Anyhow, I do hope someone recovers this beauty!

It sure is a great building. I join you in praying that the castle's new owner would have a lot of passion and good taste and will bring it back to it's old glory. It is a shame when magnificent old buildings like these are demolished to make room for new steel and glass structures.
